HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENTS?
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History.
HOW WOULD I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
You should have received an email confirmation and an e-ticket email at the time of registration from Epsilon Nu Boule Registration. The email address for registration confirmation is registration@epsilonnuboule.com . Enter that address in the search bar of your email application and it will locate all emails associated with that address unless you’ve deleted them.
I CAN’T FIND MY CONFIRMATION DOCUMENTATION; HOW CAN I GET A COPY?
Go to the “SIGN UP/IN” tab located on the main menu on the right side. Enter your username and password (your user name will be the email address you registered with) and your password. Click “LOG IN” and click on “orders”. There you will be able to view all of your orders. You can click on “View” under the actions column and you can print the page.
HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Go to the “SIGN UP/IN” tab located on the main menu on the right side and register for an account using your email address as your user name and then create a password. After log in you can view your orders, change your password under Account Details if you wish. You can also logout from the account page as well.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?
To register for the Naples Grande Beach Resort and get the Epsilon Nu rate of $199 go to the “HOTEL” tab in the navigation menu. Scroll down and click the BOOK NOW button. You will be taken to the hotel registration page where you will select ATTENDEE under Please select your guest type. Follow the prompts from there to select your accommodations. *** Please keep in mind that hotel rooms at the $199 rate are in limited supply so book early.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE GOLF EVENT AT THE NAPLES GRANDE GOLF CLUB?
On the REGISTRATION PAGE where you register for the event you can select the number of golfers in your group and add their names. This will add it to your registration. If you are making your decision to add golf after you’ve already registered for the event previously you can still go to the registration tab and select the number of golfers in your group. *** Please indicate your handicap.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE GOLF REGISTRATION?
Each individual participating in the golf event will receive one round of golf, cart access, a continental breakfast, access to the awards luncheon where the golf awards will be presented and premium items. We will present awards for 1st and 2nd place winners and the hole in one contest. Mandatory golf attire is required. Rental clubs and shoes are available at additional cost. Format: Scramble

WHAT DO I DO TO RESOLVE TECHNICAL ISSUES?
Please first be sure you refresh your browser and if needed power down and restart your device. Often times computers can glitch causing them not to function properly and that may degrade performance. If you think there is technical issue with the website we want to know about it so that we can resolve it quickly. Send us an email with a description of the issue you are having to welcome@epsilonnuboule.com and include “Technical Issue” in the subject line and we will work on resolving it as quickly as possible.
